Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher designed for hard rock

Industry standard frame thickness is 14-16mm; Suhman uses 20mm high-chromium alloy steel. This lowers natural frequency, avoids resonance, resists impact and corrosion (critical for Guangdong’s hot, humid, high-salt environment). After two years, 16mm frames showed weld cracks, while 20mm frames remained stable.
Optimized diesel consumption lowers operating costs
Load-sensing hydraulic system saves 15%-20% energy; electronic engine adjusts speed and fuel injection; standby mode reduces consumption.
