Suhman's Sand Making

Release time:2026-07-13     Visits:0

Suhman crushing systems are designed for both manufactured sand and machine-made sand production. They typically comprise equipment such as vibrating feeders, jaw crushers, impact crushers (sand-making machines), vibrating screens, sand washers, and belt conveyors. Production capacities range from 50 to 500 tons per hour to meet diverse customer requirements.

The configuration of the sand-making equipment is determined primarily by the desired stone specifications, production capacity, and intended application. We provide comprehensive pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services, tailoring the process flow to the specific site conditions to deliver a production line that is both efficient and cost-effective.

Suhman crushing systems—particularly regarding the crushing and screening stages—feature a compact footprint and high investment returns, thanks to the optimal matching of crushing equipment and a meticulously planned, space-efficient layout. Equipped with an advanced electronic control system, the setup ensures smooth material flow and a high degree of automation. Key benefits include adjustable fineness modulus, low operating costs, high sand yield, energy efficiency, minimal pollution, easy maintenance, reliable performance, and user-friendly operation.

Process Flow:

The general workflow for the sand-making equipment is as follows: Feeder → Jaw Crusher → Cone Crusher (or Impact Crusher) → Sand-Making Machine → Vibrating Screen → Sand Washer → Finished Sand. Stone material is evenly fed by a vibrating feeder into a jaw crusher for primary crushing. The material is then transported via conveyor belt to either an impact crusher or a cone crusher for secondary crushing (if the material size is already under 40mm, it is conveyed directly to the sand-making machine, bypassing the secondary crushing stage). The crushed material is conveyed to a sand-making machine for further processing and then to a vibrating screen for classification. Material meeting the required product specifications is sent to a sand washer for cleaning before being discharged as the final product via a conveyor belt; material that does not meet the specifications is returned from the vibrating screen to the sand-making machine for reprocessing, creating a closed-loop cycle. The final product size can be configured and graded according to user requirements. If a dry production process is selected, a coarse/fine powder separator and dust removal equipment can be included.
